In this role, you will work closely with our team of maritime professionals to manage the daily operations of our vessels, from scheduling and route planning to crew management and maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our vessels meet all safety and regulatory requirements, and that our operations are carried out in a cost-effective and environmentally responsible manner.

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive individual with a proven track record in maritime operations. You will need to have a strong understanding of maritime laws and regulations, as well as a deep knowledge of the Bangka Belitung region and its logistics needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our vessels, including scheduling, route planning, and crew management.
• Ensure that all vessels meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vessel maintenance and repairs, working closely with our maintenance team.
• Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and other operational costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
• Provide regular reports on vessel performance and operational metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of maritime operations.
• Represent the company at maritime industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime operations, with a focus on vessel management.
• Proven track record of successful vessel operations and cost management.
• Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with maritime software and tools, such as ECDIS, VTS, and fleet management systems.
• Valid Marine Operations Endorsement (MOE) certification.
