📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements, including financial statement audits, compliance audits, and operational audits.
• Prepare and analyze audit documentation, including financial statements, internal controls, and risk assessments.
• Conduct interviews with key personnel and document findings to support audit conclusions.
• Collaborate with senior auditors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of audit workpapers.
• Identify and assess risks and material weaknesses in internal controls.
• Prepare and present audit reports to clients, including management letters and working papers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in audit and assurance.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is a plus.
• Experience with audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards such as ISA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
