As an FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to support the company's financial objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting, leveraging tools like SAP, Excel, and Power BI to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for operational improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the effectiveness of financial strategies.
• Leverage SAP, Excel, and Power BI to streamline financial processes and enhance data visualization.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging financial trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the manufacturing team to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop financial analysts.
• Certification in financial planning and analysis (e.g., CPA, CFA, or CFP) is a plus.
