📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate HR documents, emails, and conversations accurately and efficiently.
• Facilitate seamless communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and the HR team.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and processes are clearly and accurately conveyed.
• Assist in training and development programs for Mandarin-speaking employees.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
• Stay updated with HR trends and best practices to provide valuable insights.
• Contribute to the development of HRGA-related materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Translation, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HRGA translator or in a similar role.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certification in HRGA or related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software and translation tools such as Microsoft Translator, SDL Trados, or MemoQ.
