Export Staff (Sea Freight) - Global Logistics Solutions

As an Export Staff (Sea Freight) in our Jakarta Selatan office, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless and efficient export processes.

In this role, you'll work closely with our team to manage and optimize sea freight shipments, from booking and documentation to tracking and delivery. You'll leverage our state-of-the-art TMS (Transportation Management System) and collaborate with international partners to provide exceptional service to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize sea freight shipments, from booking to delivery.
• Coordinate with international partners and carriers to ensure timely and efficient transport.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping instructions.
• Track and monitor shipments using our TMS and other logistics software.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sea freight logistics.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our export processes.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations, preferably in sea freight logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar TMS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid shipping documentation certification (e.g., CIMT, CSCS, or equivalent) is a plus.
