PT Tambang Kencana is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently,Manage inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Assist with the organization and preparation of merchandise for display,Stay updated on new products and trends to provide accurate information to customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic inventory management and point-of-sale systems,Proficient in using English for customer interactions,Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in sales transactions,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
