📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and repair technical equipment and systems,Provide technical support to employees,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement,Install and configure new software and hardware,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Collaborate with IT team to ensure system security and data integrity,Conduct regular maintenance and updates on technical infrastructure,Train and mentor junior technicians

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technician or similar role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux,Experience with virtualization and cloud computing technologies,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical expertise in hardware and softwareExperience with network infrastructure and securityFamiliarity with ITIL framework and best practicesKnowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShellAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and quality assuranceExperience with project management and documentationCertifications in IT-related fields are a plus
