📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage the outlet budget and ensure profitability.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage supplier relationships.,Organize and participate in promotional events and sales campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
