Lead the design process from concept to final product, ensuring that all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the client's brand.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to ensure that designs are technically feasible and meet business goals.,Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all projects.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work.,Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills.,Present and defend design decisions to clients, explaining the rationale behind your choices and addressing any concerns or questions.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,5+ years of experience in digital, UX, brand, and print design.,Proven track record of creating successful and innovative designs for a variety of clients and industries.,Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.,Strong portfolio showcasing your best work and design philosophy.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.,Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate and evaluate multiple design solutions.,Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.🛠️ Keahlian
