📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.,Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key hiring partners and recruiters.,Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Oversee the performance of the recruitment team and provide coaching and mentoring.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Collaborate with other departments to understand their hiring needs and requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of the mining industry and its specific hiring needs.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
