Sun One Dinamis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading a team of lab technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory management and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.,Conduct and supervise laboratory tests and analyses to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies and order replacements as needed.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Provide technical support and training to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or Laboratory Science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on laboratory management and leadership.,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures.,Experience with laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the laboratory field.,Proficient in using laboratory software and data management systems.
