Tech City Cemerlang is seeking a Lead IT Support to oversee our IT support team and ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for helping others. This is a full-time position located in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the IT support team, ensuring they are meeting their performance targets and providing excellent customer service.,Provide technical support to employees and customers, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.,Develop and implement IT support policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Monitor and maintain the company's technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services and equipment.,Conduct regular training and development sessions for the IT support team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with all relevant IT regulations and standards.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT support team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in troubleshooting and problem-solving.,Proven experience in managing and leading a team of IT support professionals.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ticketing systems, remote access tools, and monitoring software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
