📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to meet the needs of our clients and employees.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.,Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement training and development initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for all participants.,Provide feedback and support to participants to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and delivery.,Proven track record of success in training and development programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.,Experience in a similar role in a corporate or educational setting is preferred.
