This role offers a unique opportunity to drive leasing strategies for industrial properties in one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic markets. You will collaborate with property managers, tenants, and other stakeholders to maximize occupancy and revenue for our portfolio.

As an Industrial Leasing Executive in Bali, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new leases, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth tenant transitions. You will work closely with our leasing team in Singapore and other global offices, leveraging our extensive network and expertise to achieve our goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and secure new leases for industrial properties in Bali, targeting a diverse range of tenants including manufacturers, distributors, and logistics providers.
• Negotiate lease terms, including rent, lease duration, and tenant improvements, to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and the tenant.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the industrial leasing market in Bali.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for our industrial portfolio in Bali.
• Collaborate with property managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth tenant transitions and property maintenance.
• Monitor lease performance and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other industry stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in industrial leasing, and apply this knowledge to inform our leasing strategies and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial leasing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in industrial leasing, with a strong portfolio of secured leases and satisfied tenants.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent market research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the industrial leasing market.
• Knowledge of the industrial leasing market in Bali, including local regulations, market trends, and key players.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools, including CRM systems, lease management software, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
