📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greets guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
• Assists guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including room assignments and billing inquiries.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.
• Coordinates with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handles guest inquiries and complaints, providing timely and professional responses.
• Assists with front desk operations, including managing the reception area and ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the management.
• Ensures the safety and security of guests and the property.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
