📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and directing of operations to achieve business objectives.,Oversee daily operations and ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of operations to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure high performance and morale.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular operational audits to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
