📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to manage inventory levels and orders.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse.
  • Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
