📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective inventory control systems and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage procurement and replenishment.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and supervise junior inventory staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
