📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the general affairs department, ensuring all administrative and operational tasks are efficiently handled.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Handle and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.,Manage office supplies, facilities, and maintenance to ensure optimal working conditions.,Organize and facilitate company events, meetings, and conferences.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all general affairs activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
