📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Review and evaluate solar project designs to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with local regulations and industry standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the design and construction phases.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise.,Prepare and submit technical reports, including design reviews, feasibility studies, and construction inspections.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, electrical engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in solar project design and construction.,Mentor and train junior engineers and project team members to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.,Participate in project proposal development and bid preparation to secure new business opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in solar project design and construction, with a focus on civil engineering aspects.,Strong understanding of local regulations, codes, and standards applicable to solar projects in Indonesia.,Professional engineering license in Indonesia (preferred but not required).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.,Ability to travel frequently to project sites as needed.
