PT Prima Damar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, caterers, and other service providers.,Ensure that all banquet events are executed according to the agreed-upon plan and within the allocated budget.,Manage and supervise banquet staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.,Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the event.,Handle any issues or problems that may arise during the event, and work to resolve them promptly.,Keep accurate records of all banquet events, including client information, event details, and financial information.,Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure that all staff are up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet event management.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and other relevant technology.,Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to event planning and management.,Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
