Rumah Sakit Nanda Bakery is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our bakery. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the food and beverage industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in inventory management and restocking processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
