📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends is a plus.
