📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of employees to ensure they meet their individual and collective goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.,Manage and delegate tasks effectively to ensure that all team members are working towards the same objectives.,Provide feedback and coaching to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.,Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.,Attend and participate in team meetings and other relevant events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve results.,Experience with remote and hybrid work environments.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
