📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.
