This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Schedule and route vehicles for efficient transportation of goods and personnel.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure cost efficiency.,Oversee the driver training and performance, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with external vendors for vehicle repairs and maintenance.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
