📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement social service programs that address the needs of vulnerable communities.
• Oversee the budget and resource allocation for social service initiatives.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Advocate for policy changes that promote social welfare and equity.
• Represent the Provincial Government at national and international forums to promote social service best practices.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the social services department.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the social services team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in social services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing social service programs.
• Strong understanding of local and national social policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using social service management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in social service management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
