📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency.,Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong understanding of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
