📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular security patrols and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Monitor and control access to secure areas, ensuring only authorized personnel are granted entry.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
• Train and supervise security personnel to maintain high standards of security.
• Utilize security software such as CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems to monitor and manage security.
• Maintain and update security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide security briefings and reports to senior management and clients as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role, preferably in a corporate or high-security environment.
• Certification in security management or a related field, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Security Professional (CSP).
• Familiarity with security software and systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, employees, and law enforcement.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
