In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather requirements and feedback.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide feedback and support to the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
