📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Monitor food inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.,Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Prepare and present dishes to the satisfaction of customers and staff.,Assist in the preparation of daily and special menus.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the overall kitchen management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international dishes is a plus.,Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid food handler's certificate is a plus.
