Accounting Staff - Surabaya

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including but not limited to, preparing and analyzing financial statements, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. You will work closely with our finance manager and other team members to achieve our financial goals and maintain the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Process payroll for employees, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits, and ensuring timely payment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations, including but not limited to, the Indonesian Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Provide financial support and advice to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations, including IFRS.
• Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Proactive and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
